Issue Five...

What's it all about?

Issue Five of Netherton Now came out in July 1997 and was distributed to all 14,000 homes and businesses in the area. This issue was also eight pages in length, with colour front, back and centre pages.

This issue was sponsored by Girobank, with single pages sponsored by Safer Merseyside Partnership and Dunningsbridge Partnership. The front page feature was centred around the recent Hillsborough concert in aid of the Hillsborough justice campaign. This was a truly memorable event - read more about it by following the link on the left.
