R.E Policy
At present there is only a short statement
available to staff and parents about the teaching of R.E at Mereway
Middle School.
Resources
During the past financial year new artefacts
and teacher books have been purchased.
INSET
2 x 1.5hrs training sessions for all staff
in planning R.E and using resources in the classroom
1 x 1.5hrs training sessions for year 6 staff
- Hinduism
2 x 1.5hrs training sessions for KS.3 staff
- Christianity
1 x 3 day course for R.E co-ordinator
1 x 1 day course for R.E co-ordinator
Planning is now in place for the whole school
across the academic year. This is under constant evaluation and
review.
