OUR RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES AT MEREWAY MIDDLE SCHOOL

ENCOURAGING POSITIVE BEHAVIOUR

We all share the responsibility to promote and protect the following rights of all individuals in school:-

· To be treated with respect and feel safe and secure within the school

· To be listened to and supported

· To treat others as we would expect to be treated ourselves

· To be treated politely

· To achieve success academically, personally and socially

· To work in a pleasant and stimulating environment

We must all take seriously the rights and responsibilities of ourselves and others.
Therefore we will:-
Praise each other when it is deserved
