STAFF DEVELOPMENT POLICY STATEMENT

This policy is applicable to all employees of the school, both teaching and non-teaching staff.

At Mereway Middle School we recognise the need to review and evaluate current responsibilities through appropriate consultation with staff at individual and group levels. In addition to the generic job description for a class teacher curriculum manager and strategy group member. There is a system of negotiation, and regularly reviewing role descriptions which reflect curriculum and management responsibilities.
