Create a new section in your diary for your detailed research. You must list 

(i) what data you need to research and 

(ii) likely sources. This could be done in a 2-column table.

Now carry out your research. When carrying out your research you MUST include screenshots and scans/interview(s)/photo(s) [ie non-ICT source] in your diary as below:

(i) good multi-criteria searches 

(ii) 3-4 sites used, annotated with your comments stating what data will be used and why 

(iii)  1-2 sites that you will not use, annotated with your comments stating why not

(iv) Images captured from websites as screenshots, or scans/photos you have made, or interviews yo have conducted

(v) If you use email to request any brochures include evidence (screenshots) of this as well.
