Complete your spreadsheet, and get all the evidence of it into your diary as instructed last lesson. 
Choose your delivery format: report or presentation. Plan the delivery, with storyboard; how will you persuade the budget holder/decision-maker to do what YOU want, what are your key points/messages?

Outcomes
  
Include a couple of lines in your diary explaining the decisions you have made.  Include a screenshot of your plan.  Print your diary as a 2-up (with name/form in footer) and hand it in to your teacher.

You must complete your diary to date before next lesson.  Do not end up in catchup sessions at our convenience, do it at your own convenience.
