Give and get feedback on each other’s deliverables. Use email here to send your feedback.  Create a section in your diary to include this feedback, saying what you will do to improve your presentation.

Update your Table of Contents.  Improve your Deliverable by taking the feedback on board.  Save the improved version as "whatever you called it version 2"
