NetWorks provides training for unemployed people in the Cambuslang and Rutherglen areas of South Lanarkshire in Scotland, and works in partnership with ProsPects and South Lanarkshire College.

Funded by South Lanarkshire Council, NetWorks has a fully equipped computer suite, with internet and video-conferencing facilities. Courses at NetWorks are taught by South Lanarkshire College, partners in NetWorks. As well as teaching vocational courses, NetWorks also has an extensive range of training software, designed for individual use. This range covers all I.T. applications as well as basic introductory computer courses. Other subjects include English, Maths, Business Studies and foreign languages.

NetWorks was developed as the training arm of ProsPects, a project committed to the economic regeneration of Cambuslang. Recognising the need to assist the long-term unemployed by enabling people to acquire new skills or update existing skills, ProsPects actively works to improve employment potential.

NetWorks hosts vocational training courses funded by the European Social Fund. Current and planned courses include Computer Aided Design, and Youthnet, a training course for young people funded through the Empatia project.

NetWorks also offers open learning services at the Rutherglen and Cambuslang Unemployed Workers' Centre.

Also available at NetWorks are evening classes in Scottish Qualifications Authority modules, delivered by South Lanarkshire College.
