Year 7

Achieving high levels of literacy & numeracy are key aims of the Year 7 curriculum.

In secondary schools, the National Curriculum requires high levels of literacy and numeracy.  Work in Year 7 concentrates on building basic skills to ensure that all pupils can meet these demands. Experience shows that pupils learn best in a structured and ordered environment.

This foundation year aids pupils in their transition from Primary to Secondary education.
