Information Technology is now an very important part of every child's education. We are very proud of the fact that our school has some of the most up-to-date IT equipment in Humberside.
The school has four computer suites. Two are networked rooms, each with twelve terminals. One has ten 486SX PC computers and our newest room has 14 multi-media Pentium PCs. These computers will allow our students to experience working with software packages that they will encounter in the workplace.
The school is also one of the few in the area to be able to offer students the use of Computer Aided Design (CAD) and Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM) equipment as part of their Technology lessons.
Our Information Centre also offers students the chance to use 'high tech' data retieval equipment such as CD-ROM and Teletext. There are also computers available for use during the lunch hour and after school for individual work.
