Mr.
Watt
Class 12
On the 20th May 1998 I interviewed Class 12 teacher Mr. Watt. He was very interesting and I found out a lot of interesting things -not all teachers are boring! At Peel Park we have the best of the best!!!
One of his particularly funny moments was one year when he was teaching at a different school he had a snowball fight with some of the children. Sneakily, he was out of the playground and the children could not reach him. Then a big lorry rushed passed and covered him with the slush from the road.

He was born in Wigan and went to Broughton Primary School in Preston. He first was inspired to be a teacher when he was 18 years old, passed his teaching exam in 1993 and has taught in 3 other schools. He says his classes favourite subjects are maths and I.T (Information Technology.)
His hobbies include football, playing the guitar and drums and he has been in 4 bands (that's top secret because he would have to play them in assembly if everyone knew!). Bet you never knew this folks - he is a qualified diver.
If he wasn't a teacher he would be an actor (the all new Tom Cruise). The man he most admires is his dad who encouraged him to go into teaching.
I.T wizard Mr. Watt started learning about computers when he got his first ZX Spectrum at the age of 15.
