This Ken Richardson development of the TR1 used the Vanguard derived 1991 cc engine fitted with twin carburettors giving it 90 bhp. The 1954 model had options on overdrive and wire wheels, returning 35 mpg with 107 mph top speed and capable of 0 - 60 in 11.5 seconds. A tremendously reliable car which became a favourite with rally club drivers after success in the 1954 RAC Rally. Cost £555.
