Mayflower High has recently introduced a virtual learning environment (VLE) to all of our students and teaching staff. Our chosen VLE has been developed by the Essex grid for learning, it is known as E-folio.

Virtual Learning Environments include software products that support teaching and learning activities across the Internet.  This enables teachers to provide students with easy but controlled access to learning resources, from both inside and outside the school. 

Each student has secure access to email, web space for personal files, e-learning resources, surveys and shared activities.

Students can access their e-folio account anywhere that they have an internet connection; helping to develop independent learning.
