Friends of Portfield School

The ‘Friends of Portfield School’ is a registered charity that was set up by the parents of children who have attended Portfield School and is run by the parents,grandparents, school staff or indeed anyone with s strong desire to help the children whp attend Portifield achieve their full potential.

We aim to help by raising money for much needed and often costly equipment that the children may not otherwise get. One of our aims is to help create a fun atmosphere where the children can also got involved in directly helping and raising funds themselves which gives a great sense of achievement.

We also operate a 100 club (for details of how to join, see below). The children help to  draw the winning numbers every month in school.Half of the proceeds each month go directly to school funds

So if you  have any fun ideas for fund raising, would like to help or even just come along for a coffee and a chat to see what goes on you would be more than welcome.By the way the cofee is free although the quality may vary depnding on who is making it!
