A huge piece for choir, two grand pianos and loads of percussion, Carmina Burana is going to be performed along with another piece for several choirs, percussion, piano etc. which is being specially written for QE400 by the head of music Len Young. Spes Durat Avorum is being written especially for this performace by the Hexham Partnership of Schools and Adrian Spillett the young musician of the year.
