School's location: Soham is a village to the North of Cambridge surrounded by
agricultural land.
Time for Observations: 1:30pm (13:30 GMT)
Observations will be made in the school courtyard. We will use a whirling
psychrometer, rain gauge, max/min thermometer, hand held cup anemometer.
We shall be obtaining our barometric readings from the weather station in the
Botanic Gardens.
Average weather for this area is cold and frosty with temperatures
fluctuating between -3 and +7 degrees. There is often morning fog which
normally clears by mid morning. Showers are common.
