Medical care in Tudor times

In Tudor times there were different types of people who would try to cure anyone who was ill The Physicians were the most expensive. A Physician would have been to a university and gained a degree and would be licensed. Apothecaries were craftsmen, and members of one of the guilds, and would give herbs to people to try and cure them. Barbers were the people who would cut off damaged limbs or remove bad teeth. There were also some individuals whose understanding of plants and herbs enabled them to cure people.
