NEXT EXERCISE

To compare things or people in Spanish we use one of the following:

Más …….… que – more than

Menos ………. que – less than

Tan ………. como – as ……….as

The three expressions are sandwiched around the adjective that is used to make the comparisons:

Por ejemplo:

Roberto es más inteligente que Pepe

Pedro es menos inteligente que Antonio

María es tan inteligente como Susana

NOTE:

The adjective used in the sentences must agree.

Por ejemplo:

Roberto es más tímido que Pepe (masculine agreement)
