During the Autumn term 2002
children in Y5/6 were able to work with a visiting artist. They worked with Bill Ming to produce a sculpture based on the theme 'Water'. They explored the importance of water to our world and the environment.
Individual children made small plaques from wood which
represented an aspect of the water theme. The plaques were assembled to produce the final piece.

In January 2003 the children in Y3/4 had their opportunity to work with a visiting artist. They worked with Philip Cox using paper and card to produce life size
models. This time the work reflected the
different nationalities that form Britain today.
