On Monday 14th December our school had a Talent Show in the hall at 2.30 p.m. There was lots of different acts but these were the main ones, singing, jokes, dancing, music and one poem. The show lasted until home time with people from the Infants to the top Juniors doing performances. I think all the people liked the Spice Boys. It was James, Scott, Faysal, Matthew and Thomas and they were really funny. They had dresses, wigs and platform shoes on.

It was an early start to the day. We had to get up at 5 a.m. We were going to London to see the Houses of Parliament. I had done a project about politics. I put a lot of effort into it and it was a lot harder than I imagined. We went to Piccadilly station and got the train to London. We met our M.P. who is called Ian Stewart. He showed us around the building. We saw Tony Blair give a speech in the House of Commons. It was about Iraq. After we went to eat on the terrace. Then we went to the shop and I bought a souvenir. We got home dead late. I had a great day.
