Wednesday 27th January

Our class are doing an assembly on pollution and what children can do to influence government decisions.At first we have 14 people giving examples of the main problems.Later on we have a mini play where there's an uncle and a nephew and neice and the uncle used to be an MP and the kids ask him some questions so he anwsers them. Near the end of we say what we are going to do and we are going to write to Ian Stewart ( our local MP ) to get his support on this issue. We're also going to carry out a survey.

In Technology this week we are designing a packet for some new biscuits.We did it on scrap paper then did it on blank paper.Next week we are tasting biscuits and seeing what the ingredients are.We will be doing a star diagram to see how tasty they are,how crunchy they are and will be giving them a number between 1 and 6.The week after that we will be baking cookies or biscuits.We will be puting in some of our own ingredients into the cookies.We will be having a basic cookie recipe but we might make something like the cookies we designed.

Friday 29th January

Our class have been doing rugby in games every Friday with Mr.Oliver. We have been learning how to do tackling and class 11S have been doing the same. We have been having fun and we get very muddy, wet and soggy.
