Technology Day

On Friday we went to our local high school, Moorside High, for a technology day. We were split into three groups and stayed with those groups all day.There was different stands explaining different things such as Reebok, showing types of trainers and their names like ice a see through sole ,the new range of trainers 3 dimensional ultra light light weight flexible and durable. A very interesting stand on the heart and how it works gave you a chance to see how many calories you can loose on a special bike . At the North West water stand it showed you how water is cleaned and how generators are powered to clean the water. A show said about light and sound with experiments to show how it works ,my best subject was light because it has alot of interesting aspects. There was a lot of other stands like wood work , computers , star gazing dome, police. At the end was a brilliant end show showing liquid nitrogen how it is created and how it is used to make a pin pop a balloon and power a wheel.
