Technical Service Support Team

ACCE offers a competitive range of repair, maintenance and upgrade services to schools and other educational establishments.

A team of four technicians effect all warranty and non-warranty repairs on computer hardware and peripherals, working from a fully equipped RM accredited workshop. Two of the technicians are mobile and will undertake 'on-site' repairs and upgrades, where possible. The dedicated NGfL technician is tasked to support primary schools with their NGfL hardware & software.

The service has two elements: Hardware Maintenance, Repair and Upgrades Software Maintenance

Our technicians are also able to undertake installation and commissioning of computer networks. (ACCE is the local agent for RM Connect and RM SchoolShare services)

Equipment may be maintained on a parts-and-labour basis, or by the payment of an annual charge as part of a Service Level Agreement.
