Visit From Suffolk Library service

Mrs. Martin talked to us about non-fiction books to do with space. She told us about Galileo Galilei who looked at the moon through a telescope and found that it had craters. Neil Armstrong was the first man on the moon. These were his famous words, "One small step for man, one giant leap for man kind." I'm glad that William Herschel did not call Uranus George after the king!
We also did a quiz. Some of the questions were which is the second biggest planet in the solar system?  Another question was which arm of the Milky Way galaxy contains the Sun and the solar system?  The answers are Saturn and the Orion arm.
