This is the first project Sir Robert Hitcham's Primary School has undertaken to encourage children to create their own web pages. It has been a major project which has taken a term to complete. It has been a cross curricular subject covering music (looking at film music), maths (calculating winning book from votes) and art (genre logos) as well as English.

As well as doing book reviews children have also created character studies,  sequels and short stories based on a genre. Some of these have been added to the site by the children as seperate web pages.

Front Page 98 was used to put the whole project together, but the children used Microsoft Publisher 98 for their individual web sites. This allows us to have as many children as we have comnputers working on the same web site!  There has been technical problems involved, but as you can see it all works smoothly.
