We are making Egyptian tombs in history. Millie, Rachel, Sophie and Philippa made a tomb for Valato. Her job was a farmer. She was rich and very wealthy. She died at the age of 28. She was poisoned in the night and nobody knows who did it. The reason she was buried in a tomb is because she was the pharaoh's farmer. The pharaoh had lots of animals. Her mother was Cleopatra and her father was Kufu.

On the walls there are pictures of pyramids and hieroglyphics. The hieroglyphics were on the wall because she liked to write, and the pyramids were on the wall because all of her family were buried in pyramids.

Egyptians have an after life and we put in a portrait of her, food, water, gold and a lovely rug. The insides are taken out and put in four canopic jars .These jars hold the insides. A human guards the liver, a Jackal guards the stomach, a falcon guards the intestines and a baboon guards the lungs.
