This  is a picture of a dragonfly life-cycle. It has a description for each picture and says what they are doing. You can see that the egg is very long by the picture. The female meets the male dragonfly and the female lays the eggs. This is called mating. About 300 million years ago, there were dragonflies that had wings as big as gulls. The net-like framework of veins supports the wings and makes them very strong.
