This is a chunni or dupatta. It is a scarf which is worn over the shoulder with a sari or salwar and khameez. Sometimes they have plain pattern or, as in this case, they are patterned. Many Indian patterns use the designs of  leaves and flowers. The mango pattern here is also very common.
