An acrostic is a poem that has a word down the side. The poem has to be about the word that you have chosen. We read 3 acrostic poems, and then Mr. Trythall told us to plan out our acrostic poem. Then we had to do a rough copy of our made up poem,  and then we had to write a neat copy in ink and decorate it.
