World Book Day

On Friday 10th March 2000, we were allowed to dress up as our heroes for World Book Day. People came dressed from Spotty Dogs to Scottish Warriors. It was a really exciting day especially seeing everyone else dressed up. In assembly we had two book reviews from each class.

Even Mrs Elphick dressed up as the Sorting Hat from Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone!! Some people didn’t dress up though which was a shame. There was even Elizabeth 1st who was a stunning queen.

Florence Nightingale seems to have won the "Most People Dressed Up As Her" award. As for Anne Frank only a few people dressed up as her.
