This is some silver which rich Tudors would have used to drink things from or eat from and even for storing. Plates and bowls could also be made out of pewter, and jugs were made of leather. The Tudor plates were made either from pewter or they were made out of silver. In the cabinet in the museum there is a goblet, some plates, spoons and a lot of loving cups. 

Pewter is a metal made from led and tin. Pewter was a lot easier to wash than wood. That's why they had it on the Mary Rose.

This is a goblet that the rich Tudors would have drunk wine or ale from but they wouldn't have drunk water from them because  the water was really dirty.         

This is a loving cup. It was used in the Tudor times to drink ale or wine from.They were called loving cups because they had two handles and the people that had them passed them between each other. It was very romantic. This is what this cup says:
