The bed is like a king size bed. On the side of it there are curtains, they are blue and green .When they went to bed, they put a bed wagon in it to warm it up.

This object is called a bed wagon.  It held burning logs or coal to keep the bed warm . It keeps the whole room warm too. The bed wagon is framed  in oak suspending a charcoal brazier. Bedding was aired by means of heated charcoal placed in the pan of the brazier. It's  made out of metal
but we thought it was made out  of wood.  When it's night-time you take it off the bed  or you might get to hot .
