Class 1 (20 children aged between 4 and 6 years) began their investigations shortly before Christmas, when the local area was awash with lights of every shape and form. So it was fairly easy to spot hundreds of light sources just by going for a walk along Regent Street (which is just around the corner).

WHERE DOES LIGHT COME FROM?
We had loads of ideas!
