Between March 1st - 3rd 2002, thirty one adventurous children from school set off for the East Coast of England, and visited the Kingswood centre at West Runton in Norfolk. They arrived ready to try exciting, new activities as well as learn new skills on the computer. After waving goodbye to staff and parents at 12.30, we travelled East from Nottingham, through Grantham, and onto Kings Lynn before finding the sea and heading for Cromer then the small town of West Runton. At 4pm on Friday we arrived at the centre to a lot of relief cheering. The sky was blue, the sea was calm and we were ready for adventure..................... |
