Dear Parents / Carers

Just a short reminder that school is closed on Monday 6 May for the May Day Bank Holiday. For children staying for school dinners they will require four days next week (£5.36).

Kingswood
Mr Widdowson has asked me to inform you that photographs of Kingswood weekend are on display in the hall. If parents would like to order any copies please take note of the colour and number of the particular photograph(s) you wish to order and see Mr Widdowson.

Kingswood Video
The Kingswood video is available at long last. There are 2 versions to buy: a VHS tape with the video of the trip, or a CDRom with the video (including music and effects), children’s work and a gallery of the photographs taken.

Both are priced at just £5.00 Please see Mr Widdowson if you would like a copy creating.

SATS
As I have mentioned before KS1 SATs begin next week with Yr2 children taking part in Reading Tasks. They then have a week’s break and resume their SATs tests on the week beginning 20May, n Yr6 SATs on the week beginning 13 May.

· Would parents please ensure your child attends school during SATs week!!

· A good nights sleep and breakfast is essential requirements for SATs weeks.

Breakfast Club

We would like to start our Breakfast Club very soon but to do so we need to enlist the services of a couple of key workers. The duties would include helping to organise the breakfasts (cereal, toast, fruit and tea), taking money and clearing away afterwards. We would expect you to start at 8am and finish at 9am. The children would eat at 8.15 to 8.45 and then go out into the playground. The pay is at Mid-day supervisors rate £4.91 per hour. If you are interested please do come and see me.
