Newsletter – Friday, 13th December 2002

Dear Parents/Carers,

A big thank you to all our parents, carers and friends who came to Southwold’s ‘Old Time Music Hall’ Concert this week. It was great to see so many of you supporting the children’s wonderful efforts. May I once again thank everyone who helped in any way.

Carol Concert and Nativity
You are all cordially invited to our Carol Concert and Nativity that will take place next Thursday, 19th December at 10.00am. (Please note the time – not 10.30am as was originally advertised!). Come along and watch a delightful nativity and join in with your favourite carols.

Upper KS2 visit to Players to sing Carols
Every year Miss Low and other members of staff take a group of thirty pupils to carol sing at Players. The children who join the visit will be selected on merit by myself, Miss Low and Mr Widdowson. It is indeed unfortunate that we cannot take all the children in Year 5 and 6 but Players do make a restriction of 30 pupils plus a number of adults. The children who have been chosen to go will be notified on Monday.

Milk for Infant children
Milk money is now due for the Spring Term. If you wish your child to have their milk from the first day back of the new term please pay your £4 to Mrs Buzza before 20th December so that it can be ordered.
