Dear Parents/Carers,
Firstly thank you for all the support for Year 6 in their SATs week, especially
to the queue of parents in Class 2 every night asking after
the children and supporting their children with revision and homework.
The last tests for Year 6 are tomorrow (May 17th). The children have worked
very hard and have done their best!
Mrs Price, who has been off school with bronchitis, is feeling much better
and has been sending in good luck messages to the children. A big
thank you to all the staff especially Mrs Duncan for being on duty during the
SATs.
Next week: Key Stage 1 SATs week. It would be great if parents of Year 2 children
could support us by ensuring that their children go to bed
early during the tests and arrive at school punctually at 8.55 am every morning.
Also try your best to keep the children calm during the week of
the tests.
Please contact us if you need any more information.

As Summer approaches and we are able to make use ofour field for PE and sports,
please could you help us by reminding your children to bring in a sunhat/cap
daily;

have been busy planning a week of exciting events for children, staff and
parents to celebrate the Queens Golden Jubilee. Look out for the letter
on Monday giving details of all the events.
