Dear Parents and Carers,
We are delighted to welcome Mrs Price back tomorrow. She is equally delighted to be back after her illness and is really looking forward to seeing staff, children and parents again.
Since Mrs Price and I will be working together over the next few weeks, Mrs Holder has kindly agreed to teach Class 2 during that time, from Tuesday to Friday morning. I will continue to keep up contact with Class 2 during this time before returning to Class 2 before the end of term.
Congratulations to our Year 4 team who behaved so well on Monday at the Sportshall Challenge at John Carroll. They did their best and represented Southwold brilliantly.
Hockey Training by a coach from Highfield Sports Development starts (for Year 6, Class 2) tomorrow, Wednesday 27th at 2.30 pm. Please could year 6 wear full PE kit, including trainers/socks and a warm top. If the children have their own shin pads they can bring them. The hockey training will be for four sessions.

If you are interested in the work of the school and would like to know more about being a parent governor, please get in touch with me or one our parents governors, Wendy, Sarah or Sue.
Watch out for news later this week of our Christmas plans.
