Future Thoughts
What will be doing in 10 years ? 20 years ? 100 years ?
Class 3 have had a few ideas.
Cheronne thinks that monorails will be the way that people travel from town to town. Quickly zomming above the ground.
Briony would like to see robots in the factories working all through the night. If a problem occurs then cameras will see it and send a robot to fix it.
Talking of robots, Arzoo would like to see robots that do all the housework for you (I agree - Mr.Widdowson !!) while Sarah- Jane wants a robot to cook her dinners for her.
Bianca thinks that there will be new coins made for our money - especially a six pound coin.
Remini wants to be able to click her fingers and turn on the television set.
Chelsie would like to see gardening made easier with a plant that never dies. She also wants to have pictures that can come to life.
How would you like to wake up and have a tooth brush brush your teeth for you ? well Sophie thinks that we can soon. She also wants to be able to live on an Island that floats around the sky.
katie is a keen traveller and wants to go the moon and other places on a flying bus - just pay your fare and get on.
Talking of travelling around, Kyle wants to see cars that do not use petrol - but move by using electricity instead.
And what about Mr. Widdowson's ideas ? well - a TV screen that rolls out of the ceiling and covers a wall would be nice, as well as having a portable computer that can be fitted onto the arm to keep people in touch.
