National School Grounds Day was on 2nd May 1997. It was organised by the Learning Through Landscapes Project and hundreds of schools across England took part.
To celebrate our school grounds we did these things.
Year 1 and Year 2 looked after the Reception and Nursery children and we shared these activities. |

In the hall we all had a break from the sun. We played hopscotch, hoop bouling and bays. Then we went into Mrs. Beck's classroom where we ate the cakes we made earlier in the week. |
