Harvest Festival 1999.

Every Year we have a Harvest Festival. All of the parents and children take part. The hall is very full and parents sometimes have to stand around the edges of the hall for the performance. The gifts of fruit and vegetables are distributed to local old peoples homes. The children love to receive the "Thank You" letters.

Mrs Hayward introduces the performance and thanks everyone for their gifts.

This years harvest performance cellebrates 100 years of farming.
Many gifts come in at the last minute and are placed at the harvest table by the children.
Learning poems are a particular favourite of the children. Individual class songs and drama make up the programme ..... but where is my mum? (child in grey sweater)
Instruments, pictures and other resources are used to bring the performance alive.
