Sports Day 1998.
This year we decided to plan our sports day differently. We organised a Mini Olympics where the children were competing all at the same time.
All of the children in the Infant school were devided into 10 teams, each containing Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 children. There were 8 activities and 2 rest stops and the children moved around in a circuit. | |

When Mr. Halliburton rang the bell we all started our activity. Here we are bean bag balancing. |

After 3 minutes Mr. Halliburton rang the bell again and we stopped. Our adult up helper wrote down our score and it was sent to Mrs. Rogan. This is the egg and spoon race. |

When all of the scores were collected Mr. Halliburton blew a whistle and we all moved on to the next activity. Here we are dribbling footballs. |

The day was great and everyone enjoyed themselves, even if they didn't win. Thank you for organising a brill Sports Day Mrs. Marsden. |
