A VISIT FROM AN AUTHOR

The author E.R. Reilly will be visiting our school to talk to the children about his books on Wednesday 17 March.  He will give the children ‘top-tips’ for writing stories of their own.

E. R. Reilly’s books are suitable for all young children.  ‘Harriet The Horrible’ and ‘Harriet The Horrible in Best Friends’ are both funny books that explore many social and moral issues pertinent to life in the twenty first century.  ‘One Boy’ is a slightly more serious book that follows the trials and tribulations of a young boy in his quest to become a professional footballer.  ‘Rashnu’ is especially suitable for infants, and ‘Gnome Alone’,  ‘The Children’s Lottery’, ‘Tall Tales’ and ‘The Look Outs’ are fun for all the family.  ‘The Amazing Time Travelling Adventures of Professor McGinty in Ancient Greece’ is an exciting adventure with lots of amazing historical facts.  Read extracts from these books at: www.er-reilly .co.uk

We are pleased to inform you that we will have copies of the books for sale.  If you would like to purchase a book please return the slip below with the appropriate money.

Yours sincerely,

Mr. A. C. Agnew.
Headteacher.
