My first day at St Peter’s Junior School

On my first day at school my teacher was very kind and she made me feel very welcome. I made loads of friends of all ages. I enjoyed my first day at school. In fact I’ve enjoyed every day that I’ve been at St. Peter’s .

I remember the first day I went to school and my mum took me in the playground. Some of my friends were already there. When the bell went year 3 went in first. When we got in the teacher told us not to be scared.

I remember when I got up for school on my first day at St. Peter’s ,I felt older. I also felt nervous and excited at the same time and I kept forgetting the teachers’ names.

I remember sitting in Mrs. Ng’s class wearing a name tag. It was hard fitting in with the older children but over the years it gets easier.
