As a Church
school, the primary aim is to create a happy, secure and caring
Christian community.
Within the
framework of the National Curriculum, a range of stimulating activities
is provided to enable each and every child to realise his/her potential.
The needs of children as individuals are recognised and appropriate
opportunities, resources and teaching are available to cater for individual
requirements.
Work is carefully
planned, monitored, evaluated and revised when necessary. Discipline
is developed by positive means.
Good teamwork
is an essential factor in an effective school. It is important that
teaching and non-teaching staff, school governors, advisory colleagues
and parents can work together in the best interests of the children.
