This was delivered by Peter Sellars, Theatre Director, Artistic Director of Adelaide Arts Festival, Professor of World Arts and Cultures, UCLA. His range was wide !!

FIRST LECTURE, 1998

'Barbarism and Civilisation in the Age of Human Rights'

The lecture was delivered by Michael Ignatieff writer, historian, broadcaster and Visiting Professor in the School of English and Drama at QMW Dr. Ignatieff's lecture considered how it is possible to still have human rights in an era of genocide.
