Our Trip to Kentmere
by SarahOn Thursday the 29th of April our class which is class five went on a trip to Kentmere Resovoir.
There were three cars and one minibus which took us there.
When we arrived at the Church at Kentmere we got out of the vehicals and started walking towards Hatrigg Farm.
But before that we did some stream dipping as shown in the picture.

When we reached Hatrigg farm we crossed a cattle grid which got us to the other side then we headed towards the Reservoir.
When we reached the Reservoir we had our lunch and some of us went paddling in part of the reservoir which is shown on the picture.

On the way back we did some more paddiling in the river, testing the river speed, we counted how many boulders were left from the Ice age and then measured how deep the river was then we headed back to the church.
