AFTER SCHOOL CLUBS
EXTRA CURRICULA SPECIAL INTEREST GROUPS
Clubs are held at lunchtimes or after school and are run by teachers and parents in their own free time. Times vary according to the club - letters and notices in the school newsletter inform you and the pupils of when and where they will be held. At different times during the year a variety of clubs run such as football, rugby, hockey, netball, recorder, gym and cycling proficiency.
SPORT
Our children enjoy participating in inter-school sports competitions primarily against local schools but also in national tournaments. We have strong links with community-based clubs and leisure centres. This enables us to share resources, invite coaches into school and run after-school clubs. We are fortunate in that many of our staff have coaching qualifications in a variety of sports.
ARTS PROVISION
Various music lessons are given by professional music teachers during lunchtimes or after school, such as guitar, violin, piano accordian, flute, woodwind and brass. Please ask in the office for further details.
Our children are often successful in creative art or music competitions, both local and national.
