The Conservation Group provides experiences for pupils to learn about the environment, to develop a knowledge and understanding on a local and national scale.
Learning in the environment helps to develop enjoyment of, and empathy with, the environment as well as a range of skills necessary for problem solving and decision-making.
Learning for the environment helps to develop attitudes and values which promote responsible behaviour and action.
