After School Club is a special club for people whose mums or dads cannot pick them up at 20 past 3. After School Club children do computer activities (eg Colour Magic, The Crystal Rainforest), play board games (eg Spongebob Squarepants game book) and take part in sporting  activities (eg Soft Tennis and bikes in summer).

They also have snacks such as sandwiches, hot dogs and toast with jam, butter or chocolate. It is run by Mrs Foster, Mr. Battersby and Mrs Dickinson.

Recent visitors include a Brazilian football coach and a sculptor, Jane Forster, who did “self-image” sculptures.

We recently entered a  cheerleading competition.  It was the first time we had entered and we had a great time.  We tried hard and because of our outstanding coach, Miss Valentine (who always says, “Give it some welly!”), we came 7th out of 10.

The routine was EXACTLY as we practiced it. 100% effort went into this!  Hopefully, everyone had an enjoyable time!!!!!

Well done all of you who participated in this competition were very proud of you!!!!!!!
